Travel Clinical Research Associate

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, such as Biology, Chemistry, or related field, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience. Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, ICH guidelines, and relevant regulations is required, along with experience in clinical trial monitoring and site management.
The Clinical Research Associate will conduct remote or on-site visits to investigational sites to assess protocol and regulatory compliance, manage required documentation, and ensure data accuracy through monitoring activities. They will also monitor investigator sites using a risk-based approach, apply root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain compliance. Additionally, the CRA will develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites, escalate observed deficiencies, and ensure audit readiness while maintaining regular contact with sites to confirm protocol adherence.
