Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field, with a minimum of 2-4 years of prior project management experience and experience in clinical operations. Global project management experience within the drug development industry, particularly with CRO experience, is highly desirable. In-depth therapeutic knowledge in one or more of the specified key therapeutic areas, including Internal Medicine, Central Nervous System, Gastroenterology, Immunology & Women’s Health, Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic, Early Clinical Development, or Oncology, is required.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Project Manager/Senior Manager will lead global cross-functional project team delivery, accountable for achieving milestones and ensuring the quality of contracted scope. They will serve as the primary contact with the customer for progress and governance, develop study management plans, and ensure consistent use of study tools, training materials, and compliance with standard processes and procedures. This role involves anticipating risks and implementing mitigation strategies, managing study team assignments, and proactively ensuring the study budget is managed accurately, including scope changes and financial systems. Furthermore, they will collaborate with various stakeholders, including the Clinical Lead for site management, Project Vendor Manager, Project Management Analyst, and Site Activation Manager, to facilitate successful project execution.
