Requirements

Responsibilities

The Clinical Program Operations Manager will own, drive, and enforce comprehensive trial timelines, deliverables, and Gantt charts; ensure alignment across functions and hold teams accountable for execution. They will identify risks early and fix them fast, collaborate closely with internal and external functions, ensure real-time visibility of program status, oversee study startup activities including site selection and feasibility, manage CRO relationships and performance, ensure operational readiness for investigator meetings and data reviews, serve as the primary operational liaison for trial communications, prepare structured updates and risk logs for leadership, travel to clinical sites, CROs, and investigator meetings, and contribute to clinical insight generation and action plans.
