Candidates must be currently licensed in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Clinical Psychologist. They should possess at least two years of experience or training in a mental health setting, with a minimum of one year of experience or training in program development for individuals with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
The Clinical Director will direct and coordinate the rehabilitation program, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures and timely completion of reporting requirements. They will oversee the provision of the full spectrum of mental health services to clients during their treatment, based on their individual treatment plans, and provide in-service training to program staff. Additionally, the Clinical Director will supervise program staff and contribute to the development of innovative recovery programs and compassionate communities within Crestwood Behavioral Health.
