- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health or social services field
- Must reside in McHenry County IL or Surrounding Areas (Applicable Zip Codes: 60013, 60014, 60050, 60098, 60102, 60110, 60142, 60152, 60156, 60614)
- Willing and able to travel up to 50-75% of their time to meet with members face to face in Northside Chicago/loop and surrounding areas
- Reliable transportation required
- Master's degree in social services, human services or behavioral health required
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive healthcare management services to facilitate appropriate healthcare treatment
- Effectively manage healthcare costs and improve healthcare program/operational efficiency involving clinical issues
- Determine medical necessity/appropriateness
- Facilitate optimal outcomes
- Identify and follow through with continuous quality/compliance opportunities
- Identify aberrances and initiate corrective action
- Educate/empower customers to ensure compliance, satisfaction and promote patient advocacy
- Optimize total costs
- Implement and evaluate policy based on usage and program directives
- Educate/empower colleagues at all levels to enable decision making at most appropriate level
