Requirements

  • Familiarity with a wide breadth of research approaches, methods, and designs (e.g., comparative effectiveness research, prediction modeling, descriptive studies, qualitative interviewing, health economic assessments, regulatory grade real world studies)
  • Deep understanding of the company’s oncology portfolio, including potential RWE gaps
  • Stay updated with industry, regulatory trends, and state-of-the-science observational research methods

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer business needs into fit-for-purpose studies leveraging Ontada’s data assets and capabilities through proposals and sales concept memos
  • Engage regularly with customers to understand research goals, data needs, and challenges (e.g., support pre-sales proposals and quarterly business reviews)
  • Ensure proposed sales concepts are feasible and aligned with Ontada’s data and service capabilities/priorities
  • Leverage expertise to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional studies, products, and services
  • Act as the voice of the customer, leading feedback cycles to sales, data, research, product development, and management teams for improvement, innovation, and strategy
  • Support strategy and execution of external thought leadership dissemination; represent Ontada in select external engagements
  • Educate customers on leveraging Ontada solutions, including synergies across the Oncosystem and with their data systems/processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders built on trust and respect
  • Act as the scientific point of continuity for customers and delivery teams to ensure satisfaction
  • Work closely with Sales, Medical Office, and SMEs to identify opportunities for account expansion (e.g., amendments, follow-on studies)
