Candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, and preferred experience includes business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting, NY Workers Compensation experience, and operations experience with Peer Review, UR, and/or case management, along with working with technology-based processes.
The Quality Analyst will conduct quality audits of reports accompanying medical records to ensure completeness and address client questions, follow up with reviewers and clients as needed, update clients on referral progress, ensure reports are grammatically correct and adhere to QA checklists, format reports for approval, communicate clearly between the customer, reviewer, and Operations team, and confidently speak with physicians and clients regarding peer reviews, while also performing other duties and special projects as assigned and meeting deadlines.
