Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the intake and triage of claim calls, emails and mail
  • Ensure key documents related to claim investigation are provided to Sedgwick adjuster
  • Assist WC claim process by making initial follow up call to injured associate
  • Assist team in the update and maintenance of the claim team discovery library
  • Administrative duties, such as filing, sorting, etc
  • Assist with the coordination and preservation of data for legal holds associated with claims, litigation and investigations
  • Assist with claims reports
  • Special projects assigned by Director of Risk Management
