Yes, this is a paid co-op position.

The job is located in Mason in the Greater Cincinnati area, and candidates must be able to commute or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Candidates must be enrolled in a local Associate’s Degree program in a Science field (preferring Engineering, Biology or Chemistry), have a GPA in good academic standings, commit to at least one session around 16 weeks while still enrolled in classes, and work 40 hours a week.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hands-on experimentation and basic science, has the capacity to set priorities and work independently, strong attention to detail, and experience in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
