Requirements
- Fully licensed in the state of Indiana
- Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC)
- Unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Interventional psychiatry experience a plus (e.g., adding Ketamine and Spravato treatment in Q4 2025)
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic

Top compensation is up to $393K+ with no cap, plus an annual cash bonus incentive and a sign-on bonus.
