Responsibilities

Providing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for children to play in
Directing positive guidance and offering fun, age-appropriate activities throughout the day on weekends
Greeting and engaging all guests as they arrive
Working with the team of child-care attendants to develop, facilitate, and engage children in indoor, age-appropriate activity plans (including team building exercises, creative arts and crafts, and interactive games)
Confidently and attentively supervising children in all indoor programs
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace (cleaning and organizing equipment, preparing materials and equipment for daily activities, and returning at the end of the day)
Providing positive guidance
