Responsibilities

Safely load and unload specified liquids and powder into a variety of vessels and equipment as directed by batch sheets (recipes) and standard operating procedures
Keep detailed production records based on assigned chemistry by following established best practices for documentation
Maintain an organized workspace to avoid trip hazards, potential spills or releases of materials, or mistakes in material selections
Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to prepare for assigned chemistry or breakdown and re-stock unneeded equipment and supplies
Follow specific and detailed standard operating procedures to comply with high standards for safety and quality
Perform in-process testing (IPT) using specialized instrumentation to monitor and inform the progress of various chemistry steps
Monitor and analyze equipment using a computerized control system and process activity to accurately document process conditions
Safely 'don' and 'doff' all required Personal Protective Equipment
