Responsibilities

Safely load and unload specified liquids and powders into vessels and equipment as directed by batch sheets and standard operating procedures
Keep detailed production records based on assigned chemistry following established best practices for documentation
Maintain an organized workspace to avoid trip hazards, spills, releases, or material selection mistakes
Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to prepare for assigned chemistry, breakdown, and re-stock equipment and supplies
Follow specific standard operating procedures to comply with safety and quality standards
Perform in-process testing (IPT) using specialized instrumentation to monitor chemistry progress
Monitor and analyze equipment using computerized control systems and document process conditions
Work as part of a responsible, self-directed team with dedicated supervisory leadership
Communicate production progress on assigned area/chemistry to oncoming shift during handovers
