Formation en mécanique Bac+2 à Bac+5
Expérience en conception d’outillages (procédés de fabrication aéronautiques et contraintes outillages)
Maîtrise de SAP (PEA / PGI / PAC) et CATIA V5
Anglais technique (a minima lu et écrit)
Aime collaborer dans un environnement d’équipe
Sens de la rigueur et de la communication indéniables

Responsibilities

Définir les besoins
Etablir les fonctions et les contraintes nécessaires
Réaliser le chiffrage des outillages (1ère estimation)
Monter un arbre des solutions
Créer une matrice de choix pour sélectionner les solutions
Modéliser les outillages en AVP
Faire des études de l’AVP (Ergonomie, Sécurité, Techno …)
Rédiger le cahier des charges
Suivre les appels d’offres et sélectionner les fournisseurs
Réaliser la préparation et le suivi du chantier
Valider l’outillage
