Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in number of new distributors and increase in distributor revenue
  • Develop key success criteria for distributor recruitment
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential new distributors fitting the success criteria
  • Onboard new distributors and ensure existing distributors are self-sufficient in terms of pricing, technical support, and documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing distributors, providing ongoing support to ensure they meet their aligned GDA order and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives for distributors
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust distributor strategies accordingly
  • Carry out other duties as required/determined by direct superior
