Requirements

  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and change management principles
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end change management process in alignment with ITIL or organizational standards
  • Review and assess change requests for completeness, impact, and risk
  • Schedule and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
  • Ensure proper documentation and communication of change activities across stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on change metrics, trends, and compliance
  • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business units to ensure successful change implementation
  • Maintain the change calendar and ensure alignment with release and deployment schedules
  • Identify and escalate issues or risks related to change activities
  • Support continuous improvement of change management processes and tools
