Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Technical / Engineering Discipline (electronics, systems, software, or related field of study)
  • Deep expertise in ASPICE, V-Model and Agile
  • 2 to 4 years as SW or System engineer for automotive, consumer electronics, automation or similar industries
  • 1 to 2 years as owner of ASPICE support processes Change Management (SUP.10) and Problem Resolution Management (SUP.9)
  • Experience with Polarion, Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing with both customers and internally
  • Strong customer service with the ability to make good judgments and quick decisions
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven knowledge of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem and Change primarily)
  • Negotiation, mediation, and conflict management skills
  • Critical thinking, decision-making ability
  • Strong data analytics and report management skills

Responsibilities

  • Owner of ASPICE support processes for Change Management (SUP.10) and Problem Resolution Management (SUP.9), across different projects and product lines
  • Full accountability for Problem Resolution Management Plan (PRMP)
  • Triage initially a problem and allocate the proper domain teams to assist through closure
  • Work closely with Engineering Program/Project Leads, System Leads, SW Program/Project/Product Owners, Manufacturing, HW teams, Customer Chief, and Customer(s) to drive all problem-related ticker to be closed in a timely manner
  • Work with team to ensure proper Design Documentation, Unit Test Case, Validation Test Case, D/PFMEA, Control Plan, other is updated once ticket is closed
  • Define change management strategy
  • Focus on Change Requests on Program / Project / Platform level
  • Ensure that all external and internal change requests are recorded in the change management database
  • Initiate that the program / project / platform team analyzes the change requests and estimate the required resources, i.e. run the technical activities for a product change quote
  • Gather internal and external approvals for implementation
  • Support the prioritization of change requests within Program / Project / Platform and agree on a target release for implementation
  • Monitor the change request status, develop and report related KPIs
