Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Level 2), demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and be methodical and analytical with strong problem identification and investigative skills. They should be reliable, punctual, adaptable to change, able to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and computer literate with experience in software like Microsoft Office Suite. A thorough understanding of PlayStation platforms, their respective TRCs and requirements, and the ability to quickly learn and apply updated CertOps procedures are also essential.
The CertOps Compliance Tester will thoroughly test all submissions to ensure compliance with Technical Requirements Checklists across all supported platforms, including PSVR. They will develop comprehensive knowledge of SIEE CertOps testing practices and procedures, raise issues with test procedures and processes to Team Leaders with proposed solutions, and support the training of staff members. Responsibilities also include checking application content for legal issues, copyrights, and age rating issues, producing accurate manual functionality reports, identifying, investigating, and recording all bugs, and communicating progress updates to management. Additionally, they must ensure all relevant CertOps procedures are followed, maintain knowledge of key CertOps systems like SHIP and Unity, and adapt testing based on any updated CertOps procedures or TRC requirements.
