  • Graduated from an accredited allied health school
  • Certification as required by the state of Illinois (AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT)
  • Current member of AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT
  • Two or more years of experience in the medical field
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and web-based applications
  • GI experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform Electrocardiogram’s (EKG’s)
  • Perform Pulmonary Function Test’s (PFT’s)
  • Conduct other medical screenings
  • Draw blood (phlebotomy experience required)
  • Measure vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height)
  • Record information on patients’ charts
  • Prepares treatment rooms for patient examinations
