Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in e-commerce, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, or marketplace growth
  • Deep fluency in TikTok Shop mechanics, TikTok culture, short-form content ecosystems, and creator commerce trends
  • Proven experience managing creators, affiliates, or large-scale content programs
  • Ability to move fast, make decisions with data, and build scrappy but scalable systems
  • Comfort owning a P&L and forecasting revenue with high accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments with evolving algorithms, tools, and product releases

Responsibilities

  • Own GMV, margin, merchandising strategy, and video output targets for assigned category
  • Build and execute category-level strategies aligned to A1–A5 customer journeys and L1–L6 lifecycle phases
  • Manage category P&L with margin-smart offers, bundles, promotions, and seasonality planning
  • Lead cold-start brand launches—including briefs, creator mapping, seeding, Euka Bot workflows, Spark codes, and outreach funnels
  • Drive brand lifecycle progression from 0 → 1,000 → 5,000 creator videos using structured launch and scale playbooks
  • Oversee affiliate sourcing and activation with the affiliates manager and overseas execution pod
  • Run creator campaigns end-to-end—briefs, content direction, creator selection, scripts, angles, trends, and alignment with paid media
  • Build dashboards and weekly scorecards for GMV, video volume, cost/video, conversion, CTR, creator velocity, and commission impact
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Content, Paid Media, Ops, and Inventory for seamless category execution
