Law or Business Administration degree preferred
Fluent English skills (written & spoken)
Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills

Responsibilities

Underwrite new and renewal business to drive profitable growth of the Casualty/Liabilities department
Assess desirability of risk through regular contact with brokers, coordination with AIG subject matter experts, and reviews of claims history and company information
Provide excellent service to brokers through consistent, timely, and proactive underwriting approach
Generate new business by expanding broker network, attending broker events, and building new relationships in line with a sales plan
Provide accurate monthly management information including submissions, bind rate, average premium, and total premium
