Candidates must be a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer with an accredited 2-year degree in Allied Health, Nursing, or a comparable recognized and accredited program in Ultrasound Technology, and possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. They should be experienced subject matter experts proficient in English and demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including a strong bedside manner and overall energy. The ideal candidate will also be forward-thinking and tech-savvy, with the ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team and independently complete patient exams with minimal direction. Knowledge of Studycast is preferred but not required.
The Cardiac Sonographer will independently perform complete transthoracic echocardiograms in a timely manner, following established protocols to ensure accurate and complete studies. They will attend monthly team meetings and occasional educational sessions, travel to multiple locations throughout the week to perform echos onsite, and collaborate with clients to provide on-site care as an extension of Heartbeat Health's virtual-first environment. They will also contribute to the company's mission by revolutionizing cardiovascular care delivery through connected services and patient empowerment.
