Responsibilities

Oversee direct operational functions of the licensed company to ensure regulatory compliance
Attend system-wide marketing events/community events to grow licensed volume and extend assignments as required
Responsible for internal/external customer/patient service
Work directly with billing manager to ensure private services are timely billed & collected
Meet regulatory compliance for state/federal & JCAHO standards
Cover for team managers as well as provide clinical supervision of team on an as needed basis, including on call rotation and holiday rotation
Lead the Home Care Heart Failure Program
