Requirements

  • 3 years of Home Care experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee direct operational functions of the licensed company to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Attend system-wide marketing events/community events to grow licensed volume and extend assignments as required
  • Responsible for internal/external customer/patient service
  • Work directly with billing manager to ensure private services are timely billed & collected
  • Meet regulatory compliance for state/federal & JCAHO standards
  • Cover for team managers as well as provide clinical supervision of team on an as needed basis, including on call rotation and holiday rotation
  • Lead the Home Care Heart Failure Program
