Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment with customer service and administrative skills is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel, and typing skills of at least 40 WPM are necessary. Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
The Candidate Care Agent will provide seamless customer support to candidates via phone, live chat, voicemail, and email. This includes conducting phone interviews, documenting candidate responses, and screening candidates based on position requirements. Responsibilities also involve updating candidate statuses in recruitment systems, adapting communication styles to various demographics, and promoting service excellence through courteous interactions. Agents must drive issues to resolution with a sense of urgency, control conversations, and actively listen. They will leverage resources for accurate information, escalate issues when necessary, and follow through on unresolved inquiries. Developing in-depth knowledge of multiple applicant tracking systems, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting process improvements are also key duties. The role may also include performing monthly sweeps and annual audits of shared resources.
