Responsibilities

  • Support financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans by collaborating with business partners
  • Validate control design and effectiveness, recommend remediation plans to maintain strong control environment
  • Analyze key trends, identify risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to support financial targets
  • Lead projects and provide insights into operational performance
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX and FCPA, working with local and global teams
  • Develop and implement process improvements, streamline financial analysis procedures, and maintain documentation
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and training to indirect reports and other teams
  • Foster collaborative environment and drive associate engagement
  • Manage business performance, ensure financial integrity, and support strategic initiatives
