Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy, execution, and growth of omni-channel programs
  • Manage third-party vendor programs, including negotiating contracts, controlling costs, mitigating risks, ensuring service delivery, and compliance with legal and financial standards
  • Oversee driver payments, benchmarking solutions, and develop programs to increase satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct operational planning for supply needs and develop incentives to optimize resource efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive program expansion, scalability, and alignment with business goals and profitability
  • Support development of new on-demand delivery programs using industry best practices
  • Report program performance to senior leadership, identify metrics, and address blockers
  • Support financial activities including P&L, budget development, expense management, and compliance with payment processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Develop and implement customer value propositions, drive project outcomes using data insights and continuous improvement
  • Enhance customer experience, market share, and agility to adapt to shifting business priorities
