- Identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues/concerns
- Be a brand advocate valuing member experience in Bakery; model high-quality service and products
- Interact with associates to understand roadblocks, assist in training, develop, influence, and inspire team-oriented work
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- Carry out tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change/feedback
