Requirements
- High school diploma with 2-5 years of CAD experience -or- relevant degree from a technical college (e.g., Computer-Aided-Drafting associates degree)
- Self-motivated

Responsibilities
- Create quality civil engineering drawings for varied client base
- Understand detailed sketches and verbal or written direction from Engineers to produce computer-generated to-scale engineering drawings, cross-sections, details, figures, graphs, charts, overlays, and simple isometric drawings
- Edit word-processing documents and spreadsheets used in drawings
- Learn and follow proper procedures for file saving, retrieving, and transferring
- Perform self-reviews of completed work to find and correct errors before issuing for review by other team members
- Evaluate and resolve problems by reviewing multiple sources of information and coordinating design criteria with other designers and engineers
- Maintain a safe working environment
