Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must be 21 years of age or older
1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred

Responsibilities

Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
Polish flatware
Set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories
Fold napkins properly
Ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely
Reset tables with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables and bring to the kitchen for proper washing
Dispose of trash in designated receptacles
Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
Help maintain the dining room, beverage station, food pick-up area, and storerooms—keeping everything clean, organized, and fully stocked
