Requirements

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
  • Polish flatware
  • Set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories
  • Fold napkins properly
  • Ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely
  • Reset tables with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
  • Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables and bring to the kitchen for proper washing
  • Dispose of trash in designated receptacles
  • Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
  • Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
  • Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
  • Help maintain the dining room, beverage station, food pick-up area, and storerooms—keeping everything clean, organized, and fully stocked
