  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business process management, process analysis, or transformation roles
  • Hands-on experience with BPM tools and process mining platforms (e.g., Celonis)
  • Familiarity with data models, IT systems, and enterprise architecture
  • Experience in Supply Chain & Services processes is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of BPM principles, methodologies, and tools

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and standardize end-to-end business processes using BPMN 2.0
  • Maintain the GE HealthCare process architecture framework, taxonomy, standards, and reference models
  • Conduct process assessments and analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Lead and support implementation of new processes, systems, and automation initiatives
  • Administer and configure process architecture tools (e.g., Celonis)
  • Ensure process documentation quality, compliance, and alignment with S&C&S standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, AI/ML, Finance, and Data & Analytics
  • Monitor process performance, maturity, and data evolution; report actionable insights
  • Promote process culture, governance, and standardization across the organization
  • Organize and deliver BPM training sessions to build internal capabilities
  • Support change management and communication related to process initiatives
  • Lead or contribute to communities of practice to foster collaboration and innovation
