Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in related field and minimum of 5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to report to Pulse Point location in Wallingford, CT (in-office 1 day per week); candidates not within reasonable commuting distance not considered unless accommodation granted
  • Proficiency in Tableau (dashboard development, data blending, performance tuning) highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (report building, segmentation, workspace analysis) highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including tracking and automation capabilities preferred
  • Strong programming and data analysis skills in Python preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL and data querying in relational databases
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data visualization highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Python to translate marketing data into actionable intelligence
  • Develop, maintain, and automate marketing performance dashboards and visualizations in Tableau for data transparency and timely insights
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics and SFMC to track digital and campaign engagement, analyzing performance across channels (email, web, SMS, app)
  • Design and manage data integration workflows between SFMC, Adobe Analytics, and internal databases for accurate campaign tracking and reporting
  • Conduct advanced data analysis using Python to identify patterns, forecast trends, and optimize targeting and segmentation strategies
  • Create and maintain data pipelines to support marketing performance measurement and reporting
  • Generate and automate recurring and ad hoc reports, providing interpretation of key metrics and business implications
  • Partner with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to translate business questions into analytical requirements and build scalable solutions
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify deviations or anomalies, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Serve as subject matter expert in marketing data sources and analytics tools, providing guidance to analysts and stakeholders
  • Analyze data and summarize performance using summary statistical procedures
  • Develop and analyze business performance reports (e.g., claims data, provider data, utilization data) and note performance deviations and anomalies
  • Create and publish periodic reports, as well as ad hoc reports
  • Provide analytic consultation to other business areas, leadership, or external customers
