Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a people manager or equivalent work experience providing exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
  • Proficient in planning and scheduling: create project plans, define milestones, and establish timelines aligned with strategic objectives
  • Proficient in budgeting: manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, monitor expenses, and optimize financial outcomes
  • Proficient in resource allocation: allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently, balance competing priorities, and adapt as needed
  • Proficient in end-to-end project management: lead improvement projects from initiation to completion, monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies and plans: identify and map business strengths and customer needs
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients to increase client base
  • Write business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Research business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Follow industry trends locally and internationally, reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support
  • Set goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performance
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Develop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategies
  • Demonstrate strategic decision making: assess complex situations, consider long-term implications, and make decisions aligning with organizational vision and goals
