- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a people manager or equivalent work experience providing exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
- Proficient in planning and scheduling: create project plans, define milestones, and establish timelines aligned with strategic objectives
- Proficient in budgeting: manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, monitor expenses, and optimize financial outcomes
- Proficient in resource allocation: allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently, balance competing priorities, and adapt as needed
- Proficient in end-to-end project management: lead improvement projects from initiation to completion, monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of measurable results

- Develop growth strategies and plans: identify and map business strengths and customer needs
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients to increase client base
