Requirements

University Degree or relevant experience in similar position (fields of study include computer science, business, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering or related field)
Experience using SQL to query and transform data to solve complex business problems
Experience working with Cat Digital Product datasets in Snowflake (such as STU, OLGA, PSE, DNA, LENS, Vision Link, eCommerce, Cat Central, etc.)
Strong attention to detail to spot inaccuracies in coding or data
Ability to easily understand business processes
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs
Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various techniques
Business Assessment: Knowledge of activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess benefits, risks, and success factors
Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements
Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with One Funnel Consultants and dealers to understand business problems and deploy the One Funnel solution
Provide dealer insights to support One Funnel Consultants in determining the best deployment approach
Prototype, develop, iterate, and test PALs (Prioritized Action Lists) to enable effective One Funnel orchestration
Understand dealer systems and business processes required for PAL deployment
Assist dealers in implementing One Funnel with appropriate parameters and routing
Perform additional duties as assigned by Caterpillar management
