Requirements

  • University Degree or relevant experience in similar position (fields of study include computer science, business, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering or related field)
  • Experience using SQL to query and transform data to solve complex business problems
  • Experience working with Cat Digital Product datasets in Snowflake (such as STU, OLGA, PSE, DNA, LENS, Vision Link, eCommerce, Cat Central, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail to spot inaccuracies in coding or data
  • Ability to easily understand business processes
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs
  • Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various techniques
  • Business Assessment: Knowledge of activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess benefits, risks, and success factors
  • Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements
  • Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with One Funnel Consultants and dealers to understand business problems and deploy the One Funnel solution
  • Provide dealer insights to support One Funnel Consultants in determining the best deployment approach
  • Prototype, develop, iterate, and test PALs (Prioritized Action Lists) to enable effective One Funnel orchestration
  • Understand dealer systems and business processes required for PAL deployment
  • Assist dealers in implementing One Funnel with appropriate parameters and routing
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Caterpillar management
