Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant, with a preference for experience in the R&D sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to manage projects effectively and build relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities

As a Business Consultant - R&D, you will lead workstreams on consulting projects, managing all aspects of delivery including planning, organizing, and tracking timelines and quality. You will analyze customer problems, develop insightful solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders through various communication channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of project deliverables, proactively identifying and solving problems, and supporting the development of Associate Consultants.
