Strong expertise in CASA systems, with functional knowledge and implementation experience focusing on business analysis, testing, integration, and implementation of solutions (Oracle FLEXCUBE DDA experience highly preferred)
Extensive experience in CASA implementations across various markets (preferably APAC region)
Extensive experience leading functional delivery of large-scale, multi-market platform implementations in the international banking or financial services sector
Proven track record in overseeing solution design, integration, and end-to-end implementation for banking platforms
In-depth knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for platform technology in the financial sector
Ability to manage and collaborate with geographically distributed teams across multiple APAC markets
Exposure to Asia Pacific markets highly desirable

Responsibilities

Analyze the business requirements and convert them to technical requirements for the CASA platform implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, IT standards, and business objectives
Be a “go to” person for all functional needs for the requirements
Be a trusted advisor for business stakeholders on the functional implementations
Establish and enforce governance needs, compliance with security, scalability, and performance requirements
Be part of the solution design and development discussions and provide inputs for seamless integration with vendor solutions like Oracle FLEXCUBE and bank’s core and downstream systems (Payments / Trade Finance / Lending / Markets)
Take ownership for the data models and dictionaries between systems for appropriate integration
Have complete control on the requirements for integrations with third-party CASA systems and regulatory systems
Support system migration, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity during transitional phases
Collaborate with vendors, internal IT teams, and stakeholders to provide required solutions and troubleshoot issues
Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business and regulatory requirements
Conduct configuration reviews and performance tuning to ensure robust and scalable implementations
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and platform vendors, ensuring smooth integration and issue resolution
Provide functional insights and updates to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making and project governance
Stay updated with emerging industry trends, driving innovation in technology and core banking systems
Document best practices, functional standards, and lessons learned to support future implementations and organizational knowledge sharing
