Requirements

Bac+5 degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst Data in a data/BI environment
Strong functional analysis skills and understanding of business processes
Solid knowledge of data concepts: data models, ETL/ELT flows, KPIs, data quality
Good knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.) and SQL (reading, simple queries)
Excellent communication, analytical, and synthesis skills

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs: gathering, formalizing, and prioritizing data needs, KPIs, and reporting
Functional specifications: writing clear and detailed data specifications for data/BI teams
Functional design: defining data management rules, data models, and data dictionaries
Technical support: monitoring data development (ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, BI)
Testing & validation: preparing test cases, validating results, and controlling data quality
Support to business users: training, documentation, and support for solution adoption
