Requirements

  • Good analytical skills and Critical Thinking
  • Knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau (a plus, but not required)
  • Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with PowerPoint
  • Experience in consulting or pharmaceutical company (preferred)
  • MSc degree preferably in Economics, Mathematical statistics or Computer Science (or equivalent in Medicine)
  • Proficiency in English and Polish
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience with international projects (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of data – from data extracting (executing SQL queries), processing, analysis to synthesis and preparing final reports
  • Preparing quantitative and qualitative analyses of the pharmaceutical sector and its major contributors
  • Partnership with client’s stakeholders to identify their needs, finding most suitable analytical solutions and providing recommendations
  • Participating in preparation of strategic recommendations based on conducted analyses, as a member of Consulting Services team
  • Creating sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables
  • Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and IQVIA proprietary data sources, attending trainings and collaborating with an international team
