Responsibilities

  • Work as part of an agile development team on a real estate project developing a conversational analytics platform
  • Champion exceptional digital experiences for client's customers
  • Enable query indexing and optimize future searches in the platform
  • Support users in asking natural language questions about system metrics
  • Ensure accurate, explainable answers based on predefined metrics and data sources
  • Provide transparency and auditability of the query-to-answer path
  • Allow data experts to refine and create views and logic behind answers
  • Understand business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions aligned with organisational goals
