Responsibilities

Work as part of an agile development team on a real estate project developing a conversational analytics platform
Champion exceptional digital experiences for client's customers
Enable query indexing and optimize future searches in the platform
Support users in asking natural language questions about system metrics
Ensure accurate, explainable answers based on predefined metrics and data sources
Provide transparency and auditability of the query-to-answer path
Allow data experts to refine and create views and logic behind answers
Understand business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions aligned with organisational goals
