In the role of 'Sales and Project Manager Hematology', you are responsible for strong customer relationships and ensuring our products are prescribed to the right patient within your region. Key target groups include hematologists and nurse practitioners. You will work closely with other colleagues in your region (Medical, Marketing, and Market Access) to achieve our goals. Responsibilities

  • Account strategy, operational planning, customer interactions, and projects.
  • Organizing meetings, following up on activities, and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Working independently, with healthcare professionals, and in cross-functional teams to set up and manage projects from A-Z and track results.
  • Understanding the developments in hematology, ongoing studies, and the challenges faced by doctors, nurses, and patients. Taking the lead in thinking up and implementing solutions with your colleagues.
  • Participating in and potentially organizing (scientific) activities in your region and attending national/regional congresses.
  • Discussing which patients benefit most from our medicines, providing the right information, and collaborating with accounts and healthcare providers on solutions that improve patient care.
  • In this sales role, you act independently, are self-assured, represent Lilly with pride, show ownership, possess good learning ability, are curious, and creative in solving problems such as difficult access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree.
  • Experience and a network within Dutch hematology is a requirement.
  • Experience in a comparable role within a pharmaceutical company is a plus.
  • You reside in the Netherlands.
  • You speak and write fluently in both Dutch and English.
  • You are in possession of a B driving license.
  • You have a patient-oriented attitude and can communicate and build strong relationships.
  • You possess good interpersonal skills and can work independently without losing sight of the importance of the team you are part of.
  • You have a natural interest in translating science into a clinically meaningful setting that is valuable for our customers.
  • You have the unstoppable optimism of an entrepreneur and see (project) opportunities everywhere.
  • You work with integrity and in accordance with Lilly Standard Operating Procedures and Dutch laws and regulations.
  • You are a source of good ideas for impactful projects.
  • You are disciplined and well-organized.
  • You see threats as opportunities and difficulties as things you can solve.
