Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have experience and a network within Dutch hematology. Previous experience in a similar role at a pharmaceutical company is preferred. The applicant must reside in the Netherlands, be fluent in both Dutch and English, and hold a valid driver's license. A patient-centric attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while valuing teamwork are essential. A natural interest in translating science into clinical practice, entrepreneurial optimism, integrity, discipline, and organizational skills are also required.
The Therapeutic Advisor Hematology is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring products are prescribed to the right patients within their region, and targeting hematologists and nurse specialists. Key duties include developing account strategies, operational planning, managing customer interactions and projects, organizing meetings, following up on activities, and establishing long-term client relationships. The role involves working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams to manage projects from start to finish, tracking results, and staying informed about developments in hematology. Responsibilities also include taking the lead in developing and implementing solutions with colleagues, participating in and organizing scientific activities, attending conferences, discussing patient benefits of medications, providing information, and collaborating with accounts and healthcare providers to improve patient care.
