Candidates must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience working as a Behavior Analyst. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices is required, along with experience in designing treatment plans and conducting behavior assessments. Familiarity with BACB standards and ethical guidelines is also necessary.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, provide parent education and consultation, supervise behavior technicians, ensure treatment plan implementation, motivate and mentor RBTs, attend team meetings, conduct client outcomes reviews, and manage billing and documentation for all clinical activities. They will also be responsible for attending regular meetings with other BCBAs and staff, and contributing to research, symposium, and poster opportunities.
