Candidates must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and at least three years of experience working as a Behavior Analyst. They should have strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices, experience designing and implementing treatment plans, and demonstrated ability to supervise behavior technicians.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and oversee ABA treatment programs, provide parent education and consultation, monitor client progress, supervise behavior technicians, attend team meetings, conduct client outcomes reviews, and ensure compliance with BACB standards. They will also be responsible for billing and documentation, attending regular meetings, and providing mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs).
