Candidates must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, with at least three years of experience applying ABA principles in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ethical guidelines, and BACB standards is required, along with experience in designing treatment plans and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and oversee individualized treatment plans of care, create measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight ensuring compliance with BACB standards, motivate and mentor RBTs, attend team meetings to drive client outcomes, conduct family training, handle billing and documentation for all clinical activities, and attend regular meetings with other staff as needed.
