Proven expertise in Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda

Responsibilities

Define architecture for blockchain-based KYC/identity verification solutions
Design smart contracts and distributed workflows integrating with AI-based onboarding
Collaborate with AI and compliance teams for regulatory alignment
Develop and fine-tune Gen AI models (LLMs) for summarization, document Q&A, and contextual insights
Build APIs and microservices for AI integration into NatWest customer systems
Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector store integration
Work with architects and data scientists to operationalize AI safely
