Requirements

3+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Engineering roles in a tech/SaaS environment
Proven track record managing end-to-end analytics workflows
Advanced SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets
Expertise with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, or Metabase
Familiarity with modern data stacks (Airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Quantitative Economics, or equivalent
Strong communication skills in English
Nice to Haves: Experience designing and maintaining semantic data models for self-service analytics. Exposure to DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure domains

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Logz.io’s BI stack, data models, and reporting infrastructure to enable data-driven decision-making
Define and govern core business metrics to ensure consistency and reliability across all teams
Lead analyses across product, marketing, and revenue functions to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
Build intuitive dashboards and champion analytics best practices for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Improve data quality, lineage, and governance as the company scales
