Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and be pursuing or have completed an RBT certification, or be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Applicants should demonstrate a passion for improving the lives of children with Autism and their families, and be eager to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
Behavior Technicians will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism to implement goals established by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), utilizing science-based teaching procedures and creating motivating learning environments. They will provide feedback, collect data, and assist in creating learning environments that are exciting and fun, while also contributing to clinical research and presentation building opportunities.
