Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of content for Medtronic Iberia’s social media channels
  • Help track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
  • Support community management and engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate on the development of internal newsletters, announcements, and campaigns
  • Help maintain internal communication platforms and contribute to content planning
  • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide logistical and creative support for internal events (e.g., town halls)
  • Help with event communications, including invitations, presentations, and post-event follow-ups
