Responsibilities

Soporte al seguimiento del proceso de demanda, proyectos y programas (tareas de revisión, preparación de documentos para Comité…)
Apoyo al equipo interno PMO sobre las tareas de los procesos citados
Ayuda en la elaboración de informes de reporting del plan anual TIC (plan de iniciativas TIC a realizar en el año)
Soporte en los análisis de informes y cuadros de mando sobre los procesos de demanda, proyectos y programas
Apoyo en las tareas de comunicación y gestión del cambio
Participación en las tareas de formación de los procesos TIC (preparación de materiales, organización de las sesiones…)
Ayuda en tareas administrativas de las iniciativas internas de la Oficina
