  • Destrezas avanzadas en herramientas ofimáticas: dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint (se valorará muy positivamente PowerBI)
  • Actitud proactiva, ganas de aprender, interés por Ciberseguridad, gestión de proyectos y presupuestos
  • Alto potencial, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y motivación por crecer en empresa internacional

Responsibilities

  • Apoyo en la preparación de cursos y formaciones: colaborar en creación y organización de materiales para formación interna en Ciberseguridad, asegurando claridad, comprensibilidad y actualización según mejores prácticas
  • Gestión de contenidos y coordinación de actividades: ayudar en planificación y ejecución de actividades de formación, incluyendo coordinación con instructores, programación de sesiones y preparación de participantes
  • Control y seguimiento de presupuestos: colaborar en gestión administrativa de presupuestos del Departamento de Ciberseguridad, seguimiento de gastos y ajuste a límites establecidos
  • Apoyo en la elaboración de informes: asistir en recopilación y análisis de datos de actividades del Departamento, contribuyendo a redacción de informes y presentaciones
  • Comunicación interna: facilitar comunicación entre Departamento de Ciberseguridad y otros equipos, transmitiendo información y coordinando acciones
