Candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a strong understanding of clinical supervision principles. Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is highly preferred, along with a commitment to assent-based care and adherence to the Centria Autism Foundations of Care model.
The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA Therapy, provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensure clinical standards are met, deliver training, provide clinical oversight to clientele, and contribute to client retention and optimal outcomes. They will also participate in mentorship programs and contribute to the organization's clinical quality through data collection and analysis.
