Responsibilities

Delight our customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service
Work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment (eversys cameos and shotmasters) to prepare drinks
Complete all training to ensure proper measures are in place to maintain food and beverage freshness and quality
Implement systems to avoid product wastage, adjusting par levels based on business peaks and lows
Maintain NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOH) standards at all times
